The Role:
With the support of the Sales Development Team, you will take our prospects to the next level and show them why net2phone is the best solution for their business telecommunication needs.
Once a lead is qualified, you will perform a virtual demonstration and prospect interview via phone, or video services. You will discover the prospects’ concerns and issues, along with explaining how our product can solve their biggest communication challenges and help companies drive business success through smarter conversations.
As a motivated closer, you will work with prospects throughout the sales cycle, engage decision makers and stakeholders, address objections, position our offerings competitively, and provide a seamless hand off to our onboarding team to make sure deployment goes smoothly.
What you will be responsible for:
Closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
Communicating with customers daily, making outbound calls and answering inbound inquiries from potential customers.
Performing online demonstration of our software and discovering customers’ needs and identifying potential solutions.
Answering prospects’ questions and sending additional information per email or followup meetings.
Overcoming objections from prospective customers and emphasizing product features and benefits.
Building and adjusting prospect quotes and sales orders.
Ensuring proper and timely follow-up with prospects by establishing sales process next steps and booked meetings.
Understanding the technology nuances of our service as it relates to the prospects needs and environment.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate further interest.
Managing the database of current and potential customers through Salesforce.
Tracking call, email and meeting information with customers within Salesforce.
Managing a sales pipeline and forecasting potential target achievement.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
About You:
Your sales style is to lead with value, and you can navigate around objections with ease. Having mastered the art of the deal, you know the right time to be persistent, which questions to ask, who to engage, and how to close.
With a solid track record in B2B sales, you are eager for a new challenge with an innovative, growing company and are ready to hit the ground running.
As a results sales driven professional, you also understand and appreciate the value and power of data and data quality and use technology to your advantage and to scale.
Having sales in your DNA and an entrepreneurial spirit gives you the competitive edge you need in this role to differentiate and generate results.

Must Haves:
Previous sales experience with a B2B company.
Proven track record of quota achievement.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Strong phone presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer-facing and relationship management experience.
Can easily stay calm, cool, and collected under pressure.
Experience measuring and managing data-driven results.
Tech savvy with experience using CRM and quoting tools.
