Net Health Shops, LLC Hiring for Product Photographer – E-Commerce Digital Content Creator at Eau Claire, WI Full Time

Job Type: Full-time Nonexempt

Pay: Based on experience. Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit or check.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch or 5 PM with an hour lunch.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Product Photographer to join our dynamic team at Net Health Shops, LLC. As a Product Photographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing and presenting our product catalog in a visually appealing and consistent manner across various e-commerce selling platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for a variety of digital platforms, including website design and e-commerce marketing. Job Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality images of our products, both in a controlled white background studio and outdoors in appropriate settings. These images should align with our brand identity while allowing room for your creative input.
• Retouch and edit images to ensure they meet our photography standards and accurately represent our products.
• Work with our marketing team to create product graphics and content that effectively describe the features and functions of new and existing products.
• Create engaging visual graphics and banners for websites, Amazon, and other brand facing e-commerce platforms.
• Follow standard processes to properly rename and resize files for a variety of internal servers and marketplaces. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously seeking ways to elevate our photography standards.
• Plan, organize, and execute outdoor photoshoots to capture environmental images of our product catalog. This will involve collaborating with various departments and individuals to ensure a seamless process.
• Collaborate with the entire Marketing department to execute a wide variety of creative projects. Your perspective and constructive feedback will be valued in shaping our brand vision.
• Communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams to ensure a consistent brand vision is being met and enhance the overall e-commerce customer shopping experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any visual media issues or requests, maintaining strong external vendor relationships.
• Option to create engaging content, post, and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).
• Do continuous research on the industry through social media, newsletters, and other forms of communication to evolve into a subject matter expert.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or BFA in Photography, Graphic Design, or other related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional photography experience or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
• A knowledge of content and project management software is a plus (Salsify and Asana preferred but not required).
• Strong graphic design skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift day-to-day. Excellent project and deadline management skills are a must.
• Organized and able to work independently while also being able to seek feedback and help when needed. Must be able to handle and use feedback and constructive criticism.
• Highly efficient communication, writing, and research skills
