Position Summary
A Nestlé Campus Recruiter ensures Early Careers recruiting programs align with business priorities, hiring high-caliber intern co-ops, and full-time leadership development trainees. You’ll develop solid relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and University liaisons to plan recruiting strategies for our campus programs. As a member of this fast-paced, high-performing team, you will identify innovative sourcing strategies that align with our ways-of-winning while sharing our culinary culture.
Impact through Collaboration
- Partner with programs leadership and Early Careers Talent Acquisition Team to develop recruiting plans and strategies to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify candidate profiles that emphasize the ways-of-winning and will successfully attract, recruit and retain a robust and diverse pipeline of high achieving talent.
- Advise internal & external business partners on employment trends impacting college and university students.
- Build and champion relationships with university career center partners, professors, and other campus influencers.
- Impact through Planning
- Build and maintain strategic campus playbook incorporating digital and on-campus activities/initiatives to deliver/execute on business needs.
- Responsible for building and maintaining rapport with college and university thought leaders.
Impact through Execution
- Execution of various recruiting events through on-campus and digital activities throughout the year.
- Handle applicant tracking requisitions in accordance with the Nestlé Compliance process.
- Collaborate with business partners on best-in-class talent selection processes to find targeted talent profile.
- Lead recruiting strategy meetings, final round interview days, and consensus meetings with the hiring team.
- Serve as the key point of contact throughout the candidate decision-making and selection process.
- Participate in ad-hoc recruiting projects.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field required
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, talent selection, Human Resources, or relevant field required.
- Recruiting experience in a large national or global corporation preferred.
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, offer delivery and closing process and relationship management
- Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of business partners and clients.
- Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through gathering key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
- Demonstrated ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social and digital media.
- Excellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with business and HR partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to build and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to understand and interpret data, analyze trends and identify measurable insights.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
