The Operations Coordinator (OC) is responsible for providing key support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure flawless execution of operational services across 6 different Nestlé operating companies in the US. The Operations Coordinator works directly with talent acquisition team members, hiring managers, human resources business partners, and both internal and external candidates to drive the interviewing process through potential onboarding. The Operations Coordinator cultivates strong partnerships internally and externally to protect the candidate and business partner experience and ensure we secure top diverse talent for the organization.
