Position Summary
We are looking for a VMI Specialist to be based at our Brampton location reporting into the Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager. The primary purpose of the VMI Specialist is to efficiently manage the customer replenishment process focused on service delivery and consistent satisfaction achievement. Through collaboration with internal and external partners, the VMI Specialist drives customer satisfaction while looking for ways to positively impact OPEX savings using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) processes. VMI Specialist effectively and efficiently manages the customer inventory, replenishment & order capture process to drive the realization of Perfect Order Cycle, optimum customer inventory levels to eliminate waste and complexity in the Order to Cash (O2C) Flow. Focus is given to influencing on-time delivery, on shelf availability, optimum customer inventory and eliminating obstacles that drive customer fines. The VMI Specialist will also investigate claims and deductions end-to-end to ensure validity and identify process improvement opportunities within the value chain.
