We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our specialised in-house Recruitment Team located in the Human Resources department of our North Sydney Nespresso Head Office in a Part Time, 3 day per week capacity.

Has experience in managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment, ideally in a premium or retail environment. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, the confidence to influence and the skill to identify the best quality candidates for our brand. To be successful in this fast-paced role, you will need to have the skills to work autonomously whilst displaying a high level of initiative. Your responsibilities will include.
- Managing high volume 360 recruitment for our Boutique network across Australia and New Zealand
- Delivering a quality candidate experience and contributing to growing the presence of Nespresso as an employer of choice
- Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Actively sourcing candidates and maintaining an ongoing talent pool
- Contributing to recruitment projects, process improvements and compliance
