We have an exciting opportunity for a National Key Account Manager to join our Nestle Health Science (NHSc) Team. A day in the life…

ing to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for total execution of plans and achievement of specified sales targets and market share objectives across all channels with major accounts.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing and maintaining customer plans to ensure delivery of objectives for NHSc across Tier 1 Customers
• Lead and develop community channel development strategies in line with corporate planning linked to aged care groups
• Formulating action plans as required to reflect changes in market, customer and/or consumer dynamics to ensure performance objectives are being met
• Supporting the development of category, channel and field sales plans with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and grow existing contracts for the Health Care portfolio
• Support for all Hospital tenders (public and private) as well as LTC corporate contracts across the aged care sector
• Managing positive relationships with cross functional stakeholders, internally & externally

What Will Make You Successful

• You will be outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline is preferred
• The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in an Account Management role, ideally within Hospital, aged care, medical or pharmaceutical industries
• As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style with varying stakeholders
• You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with key customer groups
• Applicants must ahve full working rights in Australia
• The ability to travel interstate approx. once a month
