Nespresso currently have a unique opportunity for an IT Coordinator to join our high performing IT team in North Sydney on for a 12 Month Contract.
In this role you will be in charge of providing support to IT infrastructure for all offices in the Australia and New Zealand markets, working jointly with IT Service Desk, IS, global and local support teams, as well as be involved in IT projects and upgrades.
Reporting to the IS/IT Manager you will provide timely and effective support to end users and boutiques and work towards resolution of system related issues and requests working across all departments.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Onsite support level 2 and 3 for all offices and boutiques including workstations (desktops, laptops, monitors), printers, mobile devices and corporate software.
- Providing support for IT Infrastructure including network, servers, telephony and associated technologies.
- Working on application, hardware or infrastructure upgrades.
- Ad-hoc projects related to the IT Service Delivery and IT Infrastructure.
- Managing incidents and requests and ensuring support is provided based on company standards.
- Working collaboratively with global & local support teams and service providers on issues and requests.
- Provide pro-active assistance to team members when required.
- On call for our retail boutiques and contact centre on outages and changes.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or IT with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role and have strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware and software systems. You will also require excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills, as well as attention to detail, patience and be a strong team player. Working experience in a global company like Nespresso will be preferred.
