Position Summary
Responsible for providing administration support to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers across the business. This includes stakeholdering and managing the expectations of external candidates and internal stakeholders. Filing of Employee documentation and producing documentation for Employee Changes will also be required, alongside answering queries from Line Managers and Employees regarding various processes.
A day in the life of…
You’ll act as the key link between an array of different teams and stakeholders, working collaboratively to provide administration support.
You’ll also:
Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to provide admin support with ensuring filing for new hires, Employees and all documentation related to the HR Services Support Team processes is compliantly processed and filed
Familiarise with process and look at opportunities to develop and improve from a customer service perspective for all stakeholders both internal and external.
Develop a knowledge of processes to be able to provide coaching and answers to escalations through a tiered escalation system.

As the successful candidate you’ll have experience of building great relationships and delivering excellent customer service across different stakeholders, both internally and externally. You’ll be able to flex your style when needed and feel comfortable to challenge the status quo, acting as an ambassador to drive continuous improvement activities across everything we do. Compliance will be at the centre of everything you do, ensuring that our recruitment processes and other Employee changes are compliant. You’ll pride yourself on having a can-do attitude whilst working to a right first-time approach and you’ll also:
Good understanding of recruitment process
Good stakeholder management experience, both internally and externally to the Business
Be able to problem solve quickly to help the customer and end user
Organised and can manage multiple priorities at once
Strong administration skills
Understand the importance of been able to navigate your way through situations that can often be ambiguous and time pressured
Be proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
