The Opportunity

ing into the BEO Foods, Oceania, the purpose of this role will be to provide leadership of the marketing department and play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Foods portfolio across ANZ. You will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, the ability to manage cross functional teams and a high level of commercial acumen.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Develop strategic plans and long-term vision and innovation pipelines grounded consumer, shopper and customer understanding to deliver brand and category growth
  • Responsible for marketing budgets, measuring ROI, tracking and managing market share and brand health
  • Accountable for the brand and product portfolio performance across ANZ
  • Deliver growth through innovation and renovation, portfolio & mix management and building compelling communications campaigns with effective media strategies
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer trends and turn insights into actionable growth plans
  • Build partnerships with cross functional team members to deliver marketing plans and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Support and build high performance team capability through motivation, engagement and inspiring leadership

What Will Make You Successful

  • You are a dynamic, pragmatic and enthusiastic brand leader who is genuinely passionate about food and comfortable energising the marketing & cross-functional team to deliver exceptional results
  • Minimum 8 years experience in marketing and 3 years in another function ideally in Sales or Category at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
  • Financial acumen, P&L management and track record in creative problem solving
  • Experience in creating marketing strategies through to implementation, NPD and ATL campaign management experience
  • The successful applicant will possess significant interpersonal, networking and relationship skills with a proven ability to engage and influence at senior to executive levels, as well as have an aptitude and passion for people development.
  • The ability to access risk and think differently with the energy to inspire your cross-functional team and stakeholders
