Location: Gatwick (Hybrid working)
Salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience level plus potential Bonus Excellent benefits inc pension/ 25 days holiday + additional 12 days flex days, flexible working and Study support.

Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a focused and talented individuals to join the Planning & Reporting team. This role will report into one of the 4 Planning & Reporting Managers. The Planning and reporting team, is truly at the heart of the finance function, providing support, governance, and strategic direction on best practice to all of our NiM businesses. This Planning & Reporting Analyst opportunity would work directly with one of these businesses, offering a fantastic opportunity to be true finance partner for our biggest business in the UK Market but also get the benefit from being part of a NiM Team working across all UK categories.

What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role you’ll have a breadth of finance experience, and you’ll have an excellent eye for detail and understand how your decisions impact the wider business strategy. You’ll have great communication skills that enable you to influence across all levels whilst being able to develop positive cross business relationships, coupled with your ability to be flexible when prioritising work in an environment that is very often ambiguous. You’ll be part way through or open to studying towards an accounting qualification.
