ing directly to our Senior Business Manager – Cereal Partners, you will be responsible for delivering Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) financial objectives within the Cereals Specialty team for our major retail customers through execution of CPW’s business plan.

You will also be responsible for management of trade spend & CPW’s operational plan to deliver sustainable profitable growth.

A day in the life…

In line with the Customer Business Managers and Account Managers, as the Account Executive, you will continually review the total CPW major retailer promotional plan to ensure the promotional program is effective & delivers financial targets to both CPW and major customers.

You will also be responsible with:

• Monthly management of total trade spend to ensure trade spend is maximised to achieve the sales plan
• Support the management of the total execution of the CPW promotional strategy through internal tracker management and raising of accruals
• Regularly on the sales and trade spend status of CPW customers to ensure business objectives are on track
• To co-ordinate insights from learnings from key promotional activity to support of effective decision-making within both the CPW Team and the Category Management Teams.
• Manage the collaboration negotiation with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Work with account co-ordinator to manage all communication to our internal Operations / field team

What Will Make You Successful

• You will have strong commercial experience within a FMCG environment and have a proven capacity to effectively work with in a team as well as independently.
• You will be a natural collaborator with a strong proactive mind-set and be able to influence those around you to drive your account growth.
• You will possess excellent presentation and strong communication skills to be able to articulate a clear vision effectively in partnership with your key account/s to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
• Your commercial approach and digital savviness will set you apart as will your conviction and resilience to work within a fast-paced agile environment.
