Position Summary

The Senior Analyst will act as a Finance business partner to the Aimmune Commercial teams and help guide the business to profitable growth via long term financial planning and forecasting, profitability analyses, as well as advising on strategic investment allocations. Additionally, the role with work with Aimmune operations teams to streamline operational processes, develop consistent visibility into operational into operational performance metrics, and integrate new products or processes into the existing infrastructure. Lastly , the Senior Analyst will work with shared service Finance teams to execute and improve upon core Finance operational tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and execution of month end close activities, including journal entries, gross to net deductions, and reconciliations on both the P & L and Balance Sheet
  • Develop consistent financial performance reporting for senior management that highlights key opportunities and risks
  • Support and ensure accurate monthly dynamic P & L forecasts via active participation in business planning, performance and KPI tracking, as well as developing a strong understanding of the market and end to end business challenges
  • Develop periodic and ad hoc executive reporting materials to report results as well as identify areas to improve growth and profitability
  • Continually evaluate and challenge processes and general practices, while implementing changes as needed

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent analytic skills via Excel and other platforms
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new variables and drive tangible results
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to work in a cross functional, cross cultural, and dynamic team environment
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Effective analyzing big data sets and delivering actionable insights
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 plus years experience in accounting, audit, FP & A, or similar field
