Nesco is working with a growing luxury service company that just went public to find them a REMOTE temp-to-hire Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. On a typical day you will:

• Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for Corporate roles
• Build relationships with hiring managers
• Interview applicants to evaluate work history, education, training and job skills
• Extend offers of employment and complete any hiring paperwork as needed
• Develop and execute creative recruitment strategy by sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels (blogs, job boards, business networks, etc.)

A successful candidate will have:

• At least 4-6 years of full-lifecycle experience recruiting Corporate roles
• Superior negotiating and closing skills
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
• Resourceful in using creative tools to identify and attract highly in-demand talent
• Ability to handle and manage a high-volume recruiting environment.
