Nesco Resource, LLC Hiring for IT Support Specialist at Phoenix, AZ Full Time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Windows Server Administration and Data backup support
Support Windows 10, Win7 devices and Office365 Applications
includes virus control, software updates, software audits, SCCM loads, etc.
Diagnosis and resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues in a timely manner
Reimage PCs and perform user data migration to PC
Assist with network diagnosis and isolation of problems.
Familiar with of Cisco network hardware (routers, switches, Client etc.)
Support Weather station network and peripheral devices
Maintains an on-site inventory of critical spares to minimize down time.
Work with IT Connect ticketing system to document events and escalate issues

This position has core hours of Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, however is responsible for emergencies off hours support as well.

Job requirements:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent, associates or bachelors degree is preferred.
Must have 5 years of IT experience, including server, network and software support
Must have excellent troubleshooting experience
Must have strong communication both internal and external
Must have strong computer experience including MS Office Suites
Must be able to work off-hours and on call as needed
