Job Overview :

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods and materials through the supply chain.

This includes overseeing transportation, distribution, and inventory. Works steadily, carefully, and efficiently, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) environmental sanitation policies such as Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Programs.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Arrange transportation services and negotiate contracts with carriers to secure cost-effective and reliable logistics solutions.
• Track and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing logistics operations.
• Manage and resolve issues related to transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to provide updates on shipment status and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and other relevant logistics information.
• Implement and maintain logistics software and systems to streamline processes and improve visibility into supply chain activities.

Education and Qualifications :

• HS Diploma required : Associates preferred.
• 3-5 years of applicable experience.
• Work effectively in diverse team and fast paced environment.

• Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
