Overview:

• Candidate will assist with administation and scheduling of interviews and on-boarding procedures.

Summary:

• This position will be responsible for the administration and coordination of interviewing activities in support of talent acquisition across the enterprise as well as administrative support of candidate data.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the interview process from beginning to end ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinates candidate logistics and interview schedules including travel arrangements
• Communicate with candidates in a professional and timely manner
• Utilizes HireVue platform to provide interview logistics with candidates and interview teams
• Effectively update recruiters and managers on the status of scheduling and any delays
• Tracks applicant and requisition data in Workday
• Works under direct supervision to provide assistance with interview arrangements
• Uses standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and goals
• Responds to basic to complex email and phone inquiries regarding scheduling and interviews
• Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required
• Actively participate in initiatives for continuous process improvement

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:
