As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on passive candidate sourcing and high-volume recruitment, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by attracting top-tier talent.
Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of the modern recruitment landscape, a track record in tapping passive talent pools, and the capability to manage multiple recruiting pipelines simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement tailored recruiting strategies that align with company objectives, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
Actively source passive candidates through various platforms, networks, and methodologies.
Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for multiple roles concurrently, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and provide insightful analytics.
Attend and represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
Continuously stay updated with the latest sourcing tools, industry trends, and best practices to enhance our recruitment process.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future company needs.
Qualifications :
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in passive candidate sourcing and high-volume recruitment.
Proficiency in using various sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Workday Preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
