Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Elevate customer satisfaction by delivering excellent and lively customer service.
• Be the first point of contact, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a smile.
• Prioritize and escalate customer issues to meet and exceed their needs.
• Master the art of handling customer questions and troubleshooting with a positive attitude.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs, making every success a team victory.
• Assist customers with invoice questions, closing orders, and processing payments with flair.
• Become a NEOGEN expert, knowing our people, products, and services inside out.
• Resolve customer inquiries and problems independently, showcasing your expertise.
• Take ownership of processing orders and returns, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Actively participate in team huddles, meetings, and continuous education with an infectious enthusiasm.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you must:

• Possess stellar phone skills, spreading joy with outstanding customer service.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
• Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
• Welcome if you have animal industry experience, but it’s not a requirement.
