Customer Service Representative

Neo Legal Solutions is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that Neo Legal Solutions’s clients are satisfied with the service they receive from the company. This position requires a high level of customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be willing to learn new skills and grow with the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours or more.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and social media.
• Establishing rapport with customers to build confidence in the company.
• Discussing policies and procedures with customers to answer their questions.
• Resolving customer complaints to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and other business activities.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
