Recruiting Coordinator
Start in the new year- Jan/22 Temp to Hire
$32-35/hr
Remote but with monthly in-office meetings expected as soon as team moves back upon safety standards
- Schedule and coordinate candidates and hiring managers for all interview stages
- 1. hiring manager interview 2. team interview 3) debriefs.
- Update candidate status in ATS + update candidate directly on status; potential help on screenings
- New hire onboarding – IT set up, manager check list, orientation meeting, I-9 verification, scheduling meet and greets
- Company newsletter – features calendar, new hires, updates/news, etc (Mailchimp)
- Schedule virtual “coffee” meet ups and other culture events.
- Maintain employee licenses in our online learning systems
- Assist with HR reporting + HRIS data updating.
Required Experience
- 2-5 years as an HR Assistant or Recruiting Coordinator required
- Experience with HR Reporting and HRIS systems highly preferred
