Job Summary:

Our client is searching for a bookkeeper to assist them on a temporary basis for the next two to four weeks. In this support role you will process account reconciliations, investigate and fix account discrepancies and reclassify transactions. Having a clear understanding of GAAP is crucial to completing projects accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience working with QuickBooks Online and Desktop!

Responsibilities:

• Account reconciliations
• Investigating discrepancies
• Reclassifying transactions

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Bookkeeping for small Businesses
