Nelson Hiring for AP Specialist Job at San Francisco, CA Full Time

Our San Francisco based client is looking to bring an AP specialist on board immediately for a hybrid, contract-to-hire position. The AP specialist will primarily be responsible for full cycle AP, weekly check runs, reconciliation and more.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Full Cycle AP
• 3 way matching
• Code and enter high volume AP bills
• Prepare and process check runs
• Research and solve any AP related issues
• Reconcile and record company credit cards
• Verify invoices and purchase requisition

• Ensure compliance with Company policy

Requirements:

• 2+ years of high volume AP experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Coupa and Netsuite experience highly desired

• Tech and system savvy
