Focusing on enhancing players’ performance in tennis, badminton, golf, snowboard, and pickleball, our client specializes in advanced sports equipment.

This pivotal role will lead all marketing endeavors and communications to elevate the brand and its products, with a specific emphasis on tennis and pickleball.

Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy and Execution :

Develop and implement strategic B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and event marketing.

Collaboration :

Foster strong cross-functional partnerships, particularly with Sales, to create marketing materials such as presentations, product catalogs, and promotional assets.

Market Research

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ strategies, providing data-driven recommendations.

Content Creation :

Produce engaging content across various channels including social media, newsletters, and the company website to drive brand loyalty.

Digital Marketing :

Contribute to innovative online marketing initiatives covering SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital transformation to maintain a leading digital presence.

Event Management :

Coordinate participation in activations, industry events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of marketing and digital experience, preferably in the sports equipment industry
• Passion for and knowledge of sports, particularly tennis
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite

Pay Range : $62,000 – $72,000 annually
