Nelson Alexander is in a growth phase, and we now have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner within our corporate Head Office. You will be supporting our 460+ team, across the Nelson Alexander 16-office network. Reporting directly to our People & Culture Manager, you will be driving the critical role of identifying and attracting high level talent into our business and will naturally possess our values of trust, respect and generosity in everything you do.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who has exposure to best practice recruitment practices. You will have demonstrated experience with end-to-end recruitment and experience with initiating strategies around direct and passive sourcing of high-level talent. You will want to create a positive experience for all candidates and provide high level business partnering support to our hiring managers through all stages of the recruitment and onboarding process and beyond.
This role is an opportunity to be involved with a broad range of duties from end-to-end recruitment, developing our talent pipeline, delivering high level employee experience aligned to our values and culture. This role will also work hands on with our Marketing team to align our EVP and brand promise and genuinely partner with and coach hiring managers on best practice recruitment.
