NEL Hiring for Workforce Coordinator at London Full Time

As Workforce Coordinator, you will support the maintenance of workforce information and to provide reports that enable, promote and support the effective use of data and information. In addition this role will inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives

Additionally, you will write and produce regular reports for and including the Board and senior managers with key findings and recommendations where appropriate. You will create and maintaining report templates to ensure reports are run in a timely and accurate manner and manage the information regarding off payroll workers.

As Workforce Coordinator you, will ensure the information is updated on a weekly basis and proactively maintain data quality on ESR creating and maintaining regular data validation processes, ensuring all work is stored in a manner that is compliant with any relevant data legislation and Information Governance protocols.
