You will drive the facility vehicle to transport residents to desired destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance/escort for residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, and any other transportation necessary.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record with valid driver’s license of this state
• Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
