Neenah Foundry is hiring immediately for a Marketing Associate!

The Marketing Associate acts as the Marketing lead for social media strategy and marketing content development. The objective of the Marketing Department is to support the delivery of excellent service to our internal customers while executing superior customer-facing, external marketing activities.

Marketing Associate Essential Functions

· Collaborate on and assist in executing Company’s social media strategy. Develop social media content that is creative, attention getting, diverse, and innovative. Nurture, engage, respond and monitor social media sites to grow the Company’s audience and qualified leads.

· Develop marketing content including print and digital collateral and ads, billboard creatives, animations, website content, email campaigns, webinars, case studies, and eNewsletters to attract, acquire and engage the target audience.

· Manage inventory of company literature and promotional items.

· Partner with Human Resources to provide consultation on and create advertising content for select target audiences.

· Manage relevant expenses within assigned budget.

· Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.

· Other duties as assigned.

Marketing Associate Expected Areas of Competence (KSAs)

· Excellent writing skills. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, organize and bring to life Marketing and branding concepts communicating a product’s value proposition. Samples of work required.

· Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate and manage relationships 360.

· Deadline driven with strong time management skills.

· Strong and consistent focus on details.

· Exceptional multitasking skills that enable the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proven ability to work across department and functional lines in a teaming environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Experience in Adobe including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.

· Experience in Canva and FedEx Ship Manager.

Marketing Associate Education and Experience Requirements

· BA/BS in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

· At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment.

Marketing Associate Physical Requirements

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

The worker must be able to access, analyze and otherwise work with, enter information stored in or obtained through the company’s computer system, and to communicate effectively with co-workers and third parties who have business dealings with the Company’s Sales and Human Resources operations.

Marketing Associate Travel Requirements

· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
