Fast growing Groceries Delivery business is looking for an HR assistant / Recruitment Officer. This exciting role is a key part in the organisation and you’ll work closely with direct managers. Are you looking for a challenging and diverse role, this might be just for you!

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment including posting job adverts, shortlisting and screening candidates, interviewing and on boarding

• Rostering and scheduling of staff
• Manage staff leave and replace shifts as required
• Project work and administration assistance
• Facilitate inductions and training for new staff
• General administration duties

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Proven experience in a similar role / strong administrative background
• Desire to grow and be part of a family-orientated organisation
