Job Description

Assist with event ticket distribution, community and public relations events (e.g., tournaments, dinners, community events / town days).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with ticket bank for concerts and other events to ensure that tickets are used appropriately for client / vendor entertainment, customer giveaways, and that all tickets are used
• Assist with task list for all Bank community, hosted and sponsored events
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate their participation and giveaways at events
• Assist with managing in-house bank events
• Help with on-site set up and clean up for events as necessary
• Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned

Experience and Skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team
• Must have reliable transportation; must be flexible and able to travel to our various branch locations and attend events
• Solid writing skills
• Ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities
• Capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters
• Ability to focus on detail and verify accuracy of numbers and text
• Project a professional image to maintain credibility with customers and team members
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, especially powerpoint and Excel
• Must comply with all Bank policies and procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in meeting and event management or a related discipline such as hospitality, marketing or public relations.
