We have an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for recruitment to join us. This role will drive the recruitment strategy and delivery in the business. They will also market the Nedbank Private Wealth brand as an employer of choice, advertise vacancies internally and externally, and deliver a dynamic talent acquisition process.

Role specific details

• Support all internal and external talent acquisition including liaising with hiring managers and candidates, organising and hosting interviews, and managing the Applicant Tracking System
• Develop network of candidates and build talent pool
• Create adverts for the Nedbank Private Wealth website and social media pages
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct recruitment methods to find the best candidates
• Develop the Nedbank Private Wealth employer brand externally and internally, showcasing the achievements and promoting the behaviours within a high-performing organisation
• Create and implement new employment schemes including apprenticeships and graduate scheme to encourage new talent into the business
• Attend relevant events and fairs to promote the Nedbank brand and vacancies
• Report on the status and strategy of recruitment to senior management

Technical Skills and Experience

• Experience in recruiting either within an agency role or as an internal recruiter, and owning the talent acquisition process
• Experience working with senior management and setting recruitment strategy
• Experience of hiring at all levels in multiple jurisdictions
• Experience of successfully using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct recruitment methods
