We’re looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting experienced remote-working candidates for the Nedap Healthcare business unit. These candidates are truly talented and willing to help solidify our position in the Dutch healthcare market by taking our software and hardware solutions to the next level. In doing so, you will always balance enjoyment, quality and costs. People are the key to our success and talent acquisition is a massive priority. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and managing a pipeline of experienced remote-working candidates in critical roles, by using both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
• Managing end-to-end full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Collaborating closely and intensively with both Hiring Managers and third parties.
• Sharing knowledge and practices within the Recruitment team.
• Consistently ensuring a brilliant and enjoyable candidate experience.

Your team

The recruitment team is part of the HR team within Nedap and consists of corporate recruiters and campus recruiters in the field of business & IT, talent sourcers, a recruitment assistant and a manager recruitment. The team is continuously working on the professionalization of recruitment. The team works on various projects that contribute to the further development of recruitment. These include the development of campaigns, data-driven recruitment and mapping our various target groups. In addition, you will work closely with our colleagues from Employer Branding to come up with specific actions to better reach your target group.

Required experience and skills

• You are an experienced recruiter, ideally across multiple countries.
• You have experience with remote environments and are therefore able to manage across cultures.
• You have experience building and developing diverse pipelines of talent across different industries and geographies.
• You are an expert in driving high-quality decisions and are easily able to set multiple priorities at the same time.
• You have the curiosity and passion that drive you to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile.
• Making data-based decisions is your second nature.
• You have experience with remote environments and are therefore able to manage.
