Job Description

Are you an experienced FP&A professional ready for a dynamic role? Join us as a Senior FP&A Analyst on a 7 or12-month fixed term contract ing to the Senior FP&A Manager. In this key position, you’ll play a pivotal role in consolidating group results and forecasts, providing financial models for risk and opportunity assessment, and contributing to board and management presentations.

Responsibilities:

ing and Financial Modelling:

• Prepare comprehensive Group Performance s (monthly, quarterly & year-end), board papers, and executive presentations.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models using large datasets in Excel or planning tools.
• Provide ad-hoc modelling assistance, insights, and recommendations as needed.
• Drive improvements in ing accessibility and information.

Budgeting and Forecasting Process:

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes, including preparing Group ing templates and budget timetables.
• Consolidate ANZ & North America market results and provide commentary for Group results presentation.
• Assist the Senior FP&A Manager in standardising ing rhythms, processes, templates, analytical tools, and aligning master data across the Group.

Manage Systems and Processes:

• Administer and maintain the Adaptive Insights planning system.
• Develop and maintain models within the new planning system.
• Enhance master data management and explore opportunities to improve month-end processing through system utilisation (Looker, Concur, Netsuite, Adaptive Insights).

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting/business/commerce.
• CA or CPA professional qualification preferred.
• Strong data analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information.
• Adaptability to shifting business priorities.
• Advanced Excel skills, including manipulation of large data sets. Macros and SQL experience a plus.
• Administrator planning tool experience or willing to learn. Adaptive Insights experience a plus.
• Experience with financial systems and Business Intelligence tools in a commercial environment.
