Position Summary :

Working as a part of the Hospitality Financial Planning & Analysis Team in a Fortune500 Technology company, within an environment that emphasizes collaboration, creativity and high performance, we are looking for an ambitious individual to join us in creating next-generation management reporting to help deliver our Digital transformation goals. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team as Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst for NCR’s Hospitality Business Unit helping support management of business and reporting needs of the whole Hospitality Business Unit. This role will support the regional teams within the Hospitality industry and will work with various functions, Sales, Controllership, BU Leadership and other cross functional groups across the business.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Assist with data integrity, cleansing and reconciling large-scale data as the foundation to driving accurate and timely management reporting

• Help design and publish new management reporting, to increase performance & efficiency of the business

• Directly support multiple teams in completing weekly orders and monthly full P&L forecast. Build required supporting files and analysis to aid reporting, analysis and future comparisons.

• Support Hospitality leadership on all reporting needs

• Help your Regional teams interpret key success metrics, contextualizing for your specific Industry, and working with the business teams to develop action plans to address root-cause issues

• Assist in reconciling differences in actual results and Sales Compensation results

• Compile reporting and financial information for product and market analysis

• Be ambassador for change, always looking to ways to improve reporting access, readability, content and value across all level of the organization

Skills and Education :

• Finance/ Accounting degree (Minimum 2:1)

• A passion for Accounting and Finance with interests in Management Reporting and business performance support

• MS Excel skills

• Technical Skills: You will be able to use skills and techniques to manipulate and consolidate large datasets across various IT platforms as the foundation for accurate management reporting

• Analytical Skills: You will be able to determine trends and bring fresh insights to our data, and present via dashboards (using Tableau)

• Time Management Skills : You will be able to work on large scale complex processes and deliver to deadline
