NCPerformance Technology Hiring for CAD/CAM Applications Specialist Full Time

NCPerformance Technology a reseller of CAM Software is hiring a CAD/CAM CNC Applications Specialist. We are looking for an individual with knowledge in CNC programing and machining. Applicants should have understating in CNC programming Mills, Lathes and have worked with Multi-Axis machines. Solid modeling experience working in CAD would be beneficial.

We are willing to train the right person to become experts in ESPRIT CAM Software and NC-Code Verification.

Our Applications Specialists become experts with CNC programming using ESPRIT CAM Software as our CAD/CAM main system. The right individual will be comfortable demonstrating, presenting, instructing, training, implementing, and supporting a wide range of customers in various CNC Machining industries.

As a Applications Specialist you will use your technical skills to identify and provide dependable solutions for our diverse customer base. The Applications Specialist is the first line of support for our product line and is responsible for providing complete customer satisfaction regarding the use and implementation of our superior CAM software solutions.

The Day-to-Day

• Pre-sale and post-sale technical support which includes, CAM Software presentations, training, and technical software support
• Travel to customer and industry partner facilities to execute projects and conduct technical training sessions. Up to 35% travel time per year
• Technical customer support via phone, email, and web meetings and at times onsite at the customer facilities
• Responsible to work from home from a dedicated home office space

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or Technologist or Manufacturing (related field)
• CNC Machining Knowledge
• CAD/CAM Programming Experience
• Good handle using Microsoft software and working with Computers

Additional Information

• Must be willing to do some traveling across Ontario and Canada, Up to 35% travel time per year
• A valid driver’s license is required and must own personal vehicle
• Must have a dedicated place at home to work remotely

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
