THE ROLE

Associate Vendor Coordinators (AVC) are responsible for developing a working knowledge of the functions and processes related to obtaining vendor due diligence documentation, document summarization, and ongoing monitoring of vendors to facilitate client compliance with regulatory requirements for service provider oversight.

YOU WILL

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of Ncontracts software and other applications used in the documentation and delivery of vendor due diligence services.

• Develop a general knowledge of privacy and risk management regulations applicable to financial institutions, including the appropriate due diligence documentation required to satisfy compliance requirements related to service provider due diligence and ongoing monitoring.

• Function as a team player, partnering with and supporting client managers and risk analysts in their individual roles. This includes a working knowledge of the responsibilities of both.

• AVCs are responsible for becoming proficient at all foundational tasks.

YOU BRING

• Excellent attention to detail, written, and oral communication skills

• Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines

• Ability to problem solve and escalate unresolved issues

• Must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Associate degree with equivalent work experience

• Previous experience using Salesforce.com or other similar CRM software

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $40,000 to $45,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
