We are currently looking for a Recruitment & Screening Assistant to join our team at NCO.
This role reports to the Internal Recruiter and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the onboarding process for New Starters working closely with the Internal Recruiter & HR Team to deliver a seamless Recruitment process for all involved.

What you will be doing
This Role will involve the reviewing and pre-screening of candidates applying for Customer Service Roles. You will work with external candidates in addition to working closely with Operations & Payroll to co-ordinate & schedule interviews and complete Pre-Employment Screening for all successful candidates including BPSS & DBS checks. You will track & monitor the progress of all Pre-Employment checks completing several reports and making Management aware of any adverse results.

The below skills will be an advantage, but full training will be given to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to be successful.
