Position: Talent Acquisition & Employment Services Manager
Location: Numurkah Campus
EFT/Hours: 1.0 EFT (80 Hours Per Fortnight including one paid accrued day off every 4 weeks)
Status: Full Time Permanent (would consider less than full time hours for the successful applicant)
Salary: $1785.70 to $2042.10 per week (dependent upon qualifications and/or experience) plus 10.5% superannuation
About the Role:
NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquistion & Employment Services Manager to join our team in People and Culture, based at the Numurkah campus.
The Talent Acquisition Manager position is a newly created position developed to assist the Director of People and Culture in the provision of strategic and operational human resources services to NCN Health. The People and Culture Department consists of human resources, payroll, occupational health and safety, communications, administration and volunteers
What we are looking for:

• Relevant qualifications in human resources or equivalent
• Previous experience in a high level recruitment/talent acquisition role or generalist people and culture role
