NCL Racing Inc Hiring for Social Media Coordinator at Remote Full Time

The National Cycling League (NCL) is a brand new organization revolutionizing cycling in the United States and building the professional sports league of the future – one that embraces technology, diverse ownership, gender equity, sustainability and community investment. The NCL will launch in 2023 with a series of criterium-style races that will exist both in the real world and the metaverse.

We seek an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage NCL’s online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for curating and repurposing content, developing and scheduling engaging posts, and monitoring and ing on social media performance. If you have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for connecting with audiences across various social media channels, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

• Repurpose and optimize existing content for maximum engagement and reach

• Create and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting

• Monitor and on social media performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve results

• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to develop creative assets, including graphics, videos, reels, and gifs

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

• Identify, engage, and grow relationships with influencers and partners in our industry

• Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices

What we’re looking for:

• A couple years of experience in social media management or related roles

• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social or Meta Business)

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content for diverse audiences

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
