A bit about the opportunity, our team and you…*

We are delighted to be looking for a Moderator: T Level Education and Childcare to work as part of our Quality Assurance Team. This is a brand-new role as part of a newly created team and is therefore an exciting time for you to join us on our future journey.

As a Moderator, you will support T Level Providers within The Midlands and the surrounding areas so it’s important you live in the region to be able to commit to the travel requirements. The role purpose is to ensure quality assurance compliance by driving a high standard in assessment activities and continuous improvement in practice within our centres.

Some of the key responsibilities of our Moderators are:

• Carrying out moderation activities/visits and completing reports within specific SLA’s to a high standard
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure moderation activities/visits are tailored to specific centre requirements
• Ensuring compliance of each Technical Qualification within your regional area

Essential Requirements*

To be successful in your application, we are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:

*
Experience and qualification(s) relevant to CACHE Branded qualifications, specifically Level 3 Education and Childcare

• Qualification in assessment and internal quality assurance
• Experience of undertaking quality assurance or moderation in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of quality assurance and moderation processes
• Ability to present views with authority in a collaborative manner
• Current and relevant CPD record
• Ability to use Microsoft Packages and to analyse and interpret data to produce meaningful reports
• Full and valid driving licence
