Job Brief :

The Engineerwill design, develop, and provide technical oversight for variousaspects of Anthem’s engineering operations. This key role will beresponsible for driving the company’s efforts in advancedtechnology and engineering initiatives, including the developmentof complex engineeringsolutions.

The idealcandidate for this position should have extensive experience in theengineering field, a strong technical background, and a drive tocontribute to the company’ssuccess.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze engineering problems and develop complex engineeringsolutions
• Participatein the design, development, and deployment of Anthem’s engineeringefforts
• Supervise andprovide technical guidance on engineeringprojects
• Proposeinnovative engineering designs and approaches to projectrequirements
• Analyzeand assess risks associated with engineeringinitiatives
• Develop anunderstanding of the external regulatory environment and itsimplications on engineeringoperations
• Communicateeffectively both verbally and inwriting
• Maintainup-to-date knowledge of the engineeringfield
• Collaborateclosely with other engineering and technicalprofessionals

SkillsRequired :

• Bachelor of Science degree inEngineering, or relatedfield
• At least 3years’ engineeringexperience
• Excellentproblem solving and communicationskills
• Ability to workin a fast-pacedenvironment
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory laws andrequirements
• Abilityto work autonomously and collaboratively
