Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for supporting the overall coordination of both the recruiting and training functions. Provides an exceptional experience for our candidates and a welcoming, supportive, and diverse culture for our employees.

• Support the full life cycle recruiting process from job description creation, job posting, interview process to offer letter creation and onboarding
• Coordinate a variety of interviews with candidates including scheduling phone screens with HR team members, and interviews with panel members (on-site, video or phone)
• Support candidate relationship management and communication of expectations throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist with corporate marketing and branding activities to proactively promote employment with the company
• Prepare basic reports for management to evaluate training effectiveness
• Coordinate Safety Training program new enrollments, retraining, and reporting
• Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
• Order, manage, and maintains in-house training materials, equipment, and facilities needed for training
• Provide additional human resources support as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, or related field, 1+ years of recruiting, training, or marketing experience.

Experience in the wholesale distribution industry strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure to meet goals and deadlines
• Ability to safeguard confidential and sensitive information
• Experience with recruiting social media sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Glassdoor strongly preferred
• Experience with a Learning Management System strongly preferred
• Knowledge or UKG Recruiting and UKG Learning a strong plus
