1. Manage large to medium-scale or low to medium to high complexity projects within programs and standalone projects
2. Responsible for delivery of project
3. Lead stakeholders in the refinement of the project charter
4. Develop & maintain project schedule & work breakdown structure
5. Develop and maintain project budget
6. Accurately track and project status against plan to all
7. Maintain RAID for project items
8. Identify, log, assign and manage risks & issues
9. Implement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate to stakeholders
10. Represent project in program meetings
11. Meeting summaries: capture & on main decisions & action items
12. Develop project operations & support plan
13. Provide EPMO & business project estimates
14. Incorporate effective scope/change management impact assessment and controls
15. Maintain project documentation
16. Escalate issues to Business Owner/ Program Manager/ EPMO Leadership
17. Schedule & facilitate project meetings including weekly status meetings, stakeholder meetings
18. Promote cross-functional communication between impacted business & IT areas
19. Facilitate that project milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the project lifecycle
20. Produce detailed s, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notifications on assigned projects

Assist with the continuous improvement of project management leading practices, processes, and tools
