Your primary role will be to develop, create, design and deliver product, process and sales process content to Navsav agents and employees. The content will be a mix of instructor led materials and materials that will be distributed through an online education platform. The role will report to the SVP of Enterprise Education. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop education content
• Record video lessons for online learning platform
• Create training videos and podcasts
• Ability to create compelling courseware, including written materials,

presentation content, hands on exercises and knowledge
assessments

• Seek out and manage content contributions within online learning
• Assist in the facilitation, hosting and content management of virtual

program offerings

• Assist with in person workshop scheduling and facilitation

management

• Deliver classes as part of the course release process
• Onboard New agents throughout the US
• Ability to work well with others and achieve company wide goals
• Prior working experience with/in Insurance Agency

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Associate degree in adult learning instructional design or instructional systems designs certification preferred
• Multiple years developing adult learning content

Functional Skills:

• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in developing adult learning content
• Understanding of varied adult learning styles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
• Proficient with articulate storyline, blackboard, camtasia, captivate, and other learning
• Familiar with video recording, editing technology, and audio recording
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation skills
• Knowledge of learning assessment and course evaluation models and methods
• Keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to positively adapt to changing priorities and complex projects
• Creative thinking and problem solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
