Naviro Hiring for Senior Business Development Manager at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior BDM, you’ll be part of a collaborative high performing team, working to hunt and grow asset managers and large employers in Australia, for a rapid growth SaaS company. You’ll be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment, selling our innovative parking management platform and solutions that delight our clients, earn them revenue, improve employee experience and that outperform others in the market.

About you:

We’re wanting to hear from ambitious, experienced professionals that are passionate about building brand awareness, reaching new markets, identifying prospects and winning business, and are confident building relationships in person and digitally. Working closely with the senior management, you will be part of a performance focused and supportive team with accountability to build and grow a portfolio of clients.

• You have a clear understanding of our strategic priorities and use this to target and prioritise industries and specific prospects.
• You form great relationships with customers and partners and seek out and explore mutual opportunities.
• You are a key person of influence with strategic partners across the commercial property market and with large employers who provide parking solutions for their employees.
• You are resilient and have a can do attitude, focused on market penetration and identifying ways to reach key stakeholders.
• You build a strong presence and community on LinkedIn and champion the vision of the product
• Working closely with clients, the business and the development team you ensure client expectations are well documented and understood, to enable effective delivery post contract.
• Serve as the voice of the client, to ensure that decisions and designs are always customer centric.

Specific Duties and responsibilities:

• Bring our core SaaS product offering to the commercial property market, driving brand awareness and market penetration.
• Identify, build and maintain high value relationships with asset managers and large employers who may use our clients.
• Build networks and brand awareness to make it the go-to solution for commercial vacancy income generation and staff and tenant parking solutions.
• Leverage relationships and contribute to the portfolio of managed sites controlled by the company and companies enterprise customers.
• Achieve targets.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience (10+ years) hunting and converting leads, including identification, cold calling, reaching and out connecting;
• Proven experience with distance selling, ideally across geographies and in particular across Australia
• Proven experience building your online profile and brand, establishing a significant network of contacts;
• Proven experience selling SAAS or digital products.
• Proven experience using a CRM to manage and track your workload.
• Relationships in the commercial property or large employer sector ideal!
