ROLE :
Under direction, the Digital Marketing Specialist, assumes responsibility for the planning, development and communication of an effective digital strategy and road-map.
Responsible for digital marketing efforts, including creating, executing, analyzing and ing the digital marketing programs which contribute to the Credit Union’s growth.
Responsible for Research, collaborative input and general assistance with the work of the marketing department to meet strategic goals and objectives.
Does not include supervisory authority.
This is available as a hybrid role with a combination of work from home and work in the office.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES :
Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
Efforts will complement traditional media to increase usage of products and services.
Writes content for and respond to posts on various social media / networking sites. Posts online ads for identified sites.
Ensures accurate and timely communication to employees and management on the execution of marketing campaigns.
Responsible for developing a positive working relationship with key internal stakeholders and subject matter experts and has a deep understanding of business goals and objectives.
Delivers campaigns that gain internal partner buy-in and drives results at the organization level and tactically for the business lines.
Develops and maintains bridge between data and business operations that promotes Member centric digital solutions.
Provides analysis, ing and recommendations based on accessing and compiling relevant data. Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
Create, manage, and on the deployment of marketing content and campaigns in various digital channels
Oversees digital partners, including external agencies and media, to maintain budget, to ensure consistency, high quality of work product and maximum results.
Coordinates those efforts with the marketing mix to work collaboratively and effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
Assists in the preparation and presentation of graphic materials. Responsible for factual and grammatical accuracy of content.

Physical Requirements
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation.
Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary.
Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
Mental and / or Emotional Requirements
Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team.
Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence.
Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public.
Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and / or fast pace.
Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.
