Our Software Engineer II is responsible for intermediate-level, moderately complex coding, testing and research for small and medium assignments.

Development/Analysis

• Design, code, debug, test, document and maintain moderately complex applications software.
• Write unit test plans and perform test runs.
• Research and resolve production problems.
• May perform small to moderate degree of business analysis and/or technical analysis.
• Perform system migrations.

Project/Release Activities

• Participate in design sessions and assist with design for small to medium projects.
• Attend project/release meetings to learn and understand process.
• May lead small projects.

Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree- Computer Science, Computer Technology or related area. Additional experience may substitute.
• 3 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum of 2 years software application development experience.
• Additional education may substitute for above level of experience.
