Key responsibilities for this Senior HR Manager role:

• Review the existing HR policies & documents and revise them abide the UK law and norms
• Manage employee relations matters (performance reviews, grievances, disciplinary etc.)
• Lead on recruitment activities, such as recruitment agencies management, company PR, CVs review, Interview and On-Boarding.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in HQ (overseas)

Experience required for this Senior HR Manager role:

• Consolidated experience in the construction industry as an HR Manager
• Good knowledge and experience on each stage of the HR employee life-cycle such as resource planning, employee relations (including writing and reviewing HR policies), , recruitment, payroll, learning & development etc.
