Forecast aircraft spares for consumable, repairable, and WRAs based on MTBF, MTBR, and MTTR including financial considerations. Experience working with Navy Supply (NAVSUPP) and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to ensure reliable, consistent supply support for the Navy F-5s is preferred. Must know the CNAF 4790 instruction and all associated maintenance programs. Track technical queries, FST requests, support equipment procurement, and FDRL task progress. Maintenance planning to include support equipment review, manpower assessment, and forecasting SMI/flight hour/APU hour/engine hour inspections based on operational tempo. Assists engineering with research, technical data procurement, and response to RFIs as well as technical queries. Have an understanding of NAVAIR aircraft configuration requirements, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Technical Directives (TDs) IAW the NA00-25-300 manual. Knowledge of NAVAIR Technical Manuals including Technical Publication Deficiency s (TPDRs), Interim Rapid Action Changes (IRACs) and basic Technical Manual structures.
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience supporting U.S. Government programs is required. Extensive NAVAIR logistics experience preferred.
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is Required. Must be U.S. citizen.
