• This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment consultant to develop their career within the Early Career team, co-ordinating and delivering recruitment activities
• You’ll build and maintain credibility by taking ownership of core processes and operations across the recruitment lifecycle
• It’s an opportunity to build relationships across Early Careers and the rest of the bank, giving you and your work great exposure

What you’ll do

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant for apprenticeships, you’ll be working closely with internal partners on the recruitment of apprentices across various development programmes for all intakes across the Bank. We’ll look to you to represent Apprenticeships in any business facing interactions, and you’ll be working with councils and committees as well as third party suppliers.

In the course of your work, you’ll:

• Working closely with internal and external partners and suppliers, including the Talent Acquisition and the recruitment support team
• Project manage and drive the full end-end apprenticeship recruitment process including supporting with demand
• Manage multiple cohorts across the organisation, including active participation in briefing calls and presentations
• Provide regular MI and track costs effectively
• Manage the proposition to candidates and business stakeholders in partnership with senior colleagues
• Make sure that clear commitments and accountabilities are outlined with business stakeholders through clear and consistent vacancy contracting

The skills you’ll need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need knowledge of the early careers market, coupled with project management skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships.

You’ll also need:

• A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
• Organised with good time management to manage multiple priorities
• Some experience/knowledge of recruitment processes
